1. Services Provided

We operate a licensed in-home childcare center providing full-time, part-time, and drop-in care. Our services are available to children from newborn to 12 years old. We also offer emergency childcare, subject to staff availability and adherence to child-to-staff ratios.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register a child for our services. Parents and legal guardians must complete all required registration forms and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

3. Scheduling and Availability

All childcare services are provided by appointment or availability. While we strive to accommodate last-minute and emergency requests, we cannot guarantee care unless prior arrangements are made and confirmed.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, such as Klana, Afterpay, Paypal, Credit/Debit Card. Refunds are only issued per our refund policy:

Drop-In Services: Non-refundable once care is provided.
Full/Part-Time Services: Weekly payments are refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Parent Responsibility

Parents and guardians must:

Ensure children arrive and are picked up on time.
Notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs.
Provide all required documentation (immunization records, emergency contacts, etc.).

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
Interfere with the operation or security of the site.
