Emerald Quinn Childcare offers 24-hour weekend in-home drop-in services, along with part-time and full-time weekly rates. Our dedicated team provides a safe, nurturing environment for your child to learn and grow. Cancellation Policy
Business Hours Our drop-in childcare services operates 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays, beginning Friday at 12:00 a.m. through Sunday at 12:00 a.m. Normal weekday hours apply from Monday through Friday. Eligibility & Enrollment Children ages newborn to 12 years old are accepted. A completed registration packet must be on file before the first drop-in visit, including emergency contacts, consent forms, allergy information, and immunization records or exemption. Drop-in services are first-come, first-served, based on availability and staff-to-child ratios. Check-In & Check-Out Parents/guardians must sign children in and out and provide a valid ID during each visit. A designated pick-up person must be listed on the child’s emergency contact form. Only designated persons listed for pick-up are allowed in the home. Everyone else must stay in the vehicle. Rates & Payments Rates are charged hourly, with minimum and maximum time blocks: Minimum Stay: 4 hours Maximum Stay: 12 hours Ask about 16-24 hour options for extended care. Nighttime Premium Hours (11:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.) have higher rates. Payment is due at time of booking, once booked you will receive a confirmation email with the address, date, time and hours booked. Please call (314) 391-8830, if you have any questions Accepted forms of payment: Online Only. No cash on the site. Meals & Snacks Meals and snacks are provided at designated times. Overnight children will receive dinner, a bedtime snack, and breakfast. Parents must notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. Nap & Sleep Policy (For Overnight Stays) A clean, safe sleep space will be provided for each child. Children will follow their age-appropriate sleep routines. Parents may bring comfort items (blanket, stuffed animal, etc.). Discipline & Behavior Positive guidance and redirection are used. Aggressive behavior or unsafe conduct may result in early pick-up or refusal of future services. Illness Policy Sick children will not be admitted. If a child becomes ill during care, the parent/guardian must arrange immediate pick-up. Late Pick-Up & No-Show Policy Late pickups (beyond reserved time) will incur a late fee. No-shows without notice may result in a cancellation fee or limited future access. Emergencies & Safety We maintain strict supervision, adhere to all childcare safety standards, and have emergency procedures in place. In the event of an emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.
